タイトル：Egalitarian social ordering and tax reforms
【abstract】
In this paper, we propose an egalitarian social ordering in a dynamic economy.
The ordering is closely associated with the idea of basic income.
First, we provide an axiomatic analysis: we characterize the ordering by Pareto, equity, independence, and robustness axioms.
Second, we present the analysis of tax reforms and derive some basic properties on optimal tax policies.
